We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping for all Kanaania Jewellery pieces. From our base in Amman to our customers worldwide, we ensure every piece is handled with the utmost care.

Shipping Insurance & Buyer Protection

• Fully Insured Shipments: Every order shipped by Kanaania Jewellery is covered by a comprehensive shipping insurance policy.

• Lost Package Guarantee: In the unlikely event that your package is lost during transit, we provide a full refund of the total amount paid to the customer.

• Peace of Mind: We take full responsibility for your precious items until they are safely delivered and signed for.

International Orders

• We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and other international destinations.

• All international orders are dispatched via DHL Express or an equivalent premium courier, providing fast, fully insured, and trackable shipping from the Heart of the World.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply once your order arrives in the destination country:

• These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

• These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Customs charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

• Please note that any delays caused by customs clearance processes are beyond our control.

Delivery Requirements

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the security of your jewelry.

• Please ensure an authorized person is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• The item is returned in its original Kanaania packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Any customs duties or taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
