1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging (including the jewelry box and protective wraps).
• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your package.
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@kanaaniajewellery.com with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging. Once approved, we will provide you with the shipping instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days.
